Paxmead Riverside Base 2017 pricelist

for members of Youth Organisations*

Accommodation Costs - all prices are inclusive of electricity

Site	Cost per person	Deposit - non refundable
The Bunkhouse (see note 1)	£10.00 per night	£50 per night
Camping with inside access (see note 1)	£10.00 per night	£50 per booking
Camping using outside facilities only	£5.00 per night	£50 per booking
Daily visitors (a.m. / p.m.)	£2.50 per session	£20 per session
Daytime Meetings	£10 per hour for bookings up to 5pm. Full balance payable on booking.
Evening Meetings	£10 per hour for bookings after 5pm – Monday to Thursday only. Full balance payable on booking.

Notes:

1. All overnight bookings which include a Friday and / or Saturday night are subject to a minimum charge of £300.

2. for large groups, where accommodation fees exceed £1,000 for a weekend, a special rate can be organised via the County Office

3. Using a cleaner – groups can book a cleaner for the end of their visit at £25 per visit

Boating Activities - deposit per boating session booked = £20

Types of boat available are:

Kayak, canoe, gig or rowing Bell Boat

Kata Kanus Dragon boat

With Paxmead instructor

Using own instructor

Guides / Scouts:

Per 3-hour session - any boat

£7 per head

£6 per head

Brownies / Cubs:

Per 2-hour session using Kata Kanu’s, Dragon Boat or Bell Boat only

£6 per head

£5 per head

*Youth Organisations include members of the Guide Association, the Scout Association, other registered youth charities and schools.
